FAN ENRICHMENT.It runs itself.
A small program for your Mac that walks the AT&T portals exactly the way you do — FAN by FAN — and delivers a clean spreadsheet. No AI at runtime, no per-record costs, nothing leaves your machine.
Your exact workflow, automated.
Searches each FAN, opens the account, captures the Sub-Account ID.
Searches the sub-account, captures Alliance Status, E-Rate, Sales Center, then opens the SVID view for SVID + SVID E-Rate.
Appends every record to results.csv — opens straight in Excel, imports straight into your database. Anything ambiguous is flagged for your review with a screenshot, never guessed.
Set it. Watch it. Forget it.
A live progress page: green = running, yellow = needs your login (it waits and resumes by itself), blue = up to date. Progress bar and ETA for the 40,000-record backlog.
Every record is saved the moment it's captured. Reboots, closed lids, lost Wi-Fi — it resumes exactly where it stopped.
After the backlog, it checks for new FANs every night. Mac asleep at 2AM? It runs the moment you open it in the morning — under a minute a day.
Mac notifications (and optionally texts to your phone) when it needs a login, finishes a milestone, or hasn't run in 48 hours.
Ten minutes, once.
Button below. Unzip to your Desktop or Documents — it's one folder.
Open the folder → mac → right-click Install GBW Enrichment → Open. It sets up everything: components, the nightly schedule, and three icons on your Desktop.
Your Mac will ask twice, once each: “Open?” (yes) and “Allow notifications?” (allow). That's the whole permissions story.
